11/52 – Beauty in the Everyday Details
It’s warm here. Unseasonably warm. Record-breaking warm. Granted, it wasn’t a snowy winter, but the spring melt took only a week. This is unheard of. Usually there’s snow on the ground here until mid-April at the earliest and that is after weeks of spring temperatures battle back the heaps of frozen crud. More often than not, there will be snow covering my back yard garden in May.
It’s the middle of March and we’re virtually snow free. Spring has sprung, or in the least, we’re hearing daily proclamations that spring is here.
The baby turns one next week and for her birthday Grandma bought her a lovely wagon. It not only has seats with buckles, but it has an umbrella and cooler stowed under the seat. This kid is most definitely riding in style.
We took advantage of the heatwave to take an adventure to the park. Living life large out of doors.
